1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the BlinkLoad plugin (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all customers, users, and others who access or use the Software. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use BlinkLoad.

2. Licensing & Plans

BlinkLoad is a paid plugin offered by Prime Flex LLC under the following lifetime license tiers:

• Single License – Valid for use on 1 website

• Multi License – Valid for use on up to 3 websites

• Plus License – Valid for use on up to 50 websites

Each license includes a lifetime activation for the allowed number of domains. License keys are provided via your user dashboard immediately after purchase.

Note: The BlinkLoad plugin is not open-source and is not available in the WordPress plugin directory.

3. Software Updates & Support

While your license is valid for lifetime usage, ongoing software updates and customer support require an annual subscription of $24/year per website. This fee helps us provide continued improvements and technical support.

Failure to maintain an active support subscription may limit your access to future updates and technical assistance.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, your BlinkLoad license key and download link will be available immediately via your user dashboard on primeflexusa.com. A temporary password will be generated and sent to your email for your first login.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind BlinkLoad with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days, contact us at contact@primeflexllc.com and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds requested after the 7-day period will not be granted.

6. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share or resell your license key(s) outside of your license tier

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin

• Redistribute BlinkLoad in any form without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination without refund.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and license key. Prime Flex LLC is not liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
